Rob Trigg, a highly decorated retired Staff Sergeant, dedicated 21 years to the United States Army, completing five combat tours and serving with distinction in both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. His career was marked by integrity, grit, and a deep commitment to those he served alongside.
Since transitioning to civilian life in 2016, Rob has become a respected force in the private lending industry. As the current Chief Operations Officer of King James Lending, he leads with the same discipline and precision that defined his military service. Formerly the Director of Loan Operations at Jet Lending, Rob has played a pivotal role in bringing over 4,000 real estate investment loans to the closing table—each one a testament to his operational expertise and client-first mentality.
Rob is passionate about transparency and long-term success, consistently providing strategic guidance that helps investors navigate the complexities of fix-and-flips, DSCR loans, and long-term rental projects. Whether working with first-time investors or seasoned professionals, Rob focuses on relationship-building and clarity—ensuring every project is set up to win.
Outside the office, Rob channels his leadership into building community. He manages several successful Facebook groups, including those focused on Airbnb strategies and three distinct veterans communities. Through these platforms, he works to motivate others daily, challenging them to grow, lead, and become better versions of themselves.
Rob shares his life with his incredible wife, Madalyn Trigg, and together they are raising three amazing daughters.
