Rob Trigg is a highly decorated retired Staff Sergeant who dedicated 21 years to the United States Army, completing five combat tours and serving with distinction in both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. His military career was defined by integrity, grit, and an unwavering commitment to the soldiers he led.
After transitioning to civilian life in 2016, Rob became a respected leader in the private lending industry. As the Chief Operating Officer of King James Lending, he brings the same discipline, structure, and precision that shaped his military service. Previously the Director of Loan Operations at Jet Lending, Rob has played a key role in bringing more than 4,000 real estate investment loans to the closing table—each one reflecting his operational expertise and client-first mentality.
Rob is passionate about transparency and long-term success. He provides strategic guidance that helps investors confidently navigate fix-and-flips, DSCR loans, and long-term rental strategies. Whether working with first-time investors or seasoned professionals, he focuses on clear communication and relationship-building to ensure every project is positioned for success.
Outside the office, Rob channels his leadership into building community. He manages several successful Facebook groups, including three dedicated veteran communities, where he motivates, educates, and supports fellow veterans daily—encouraging them to grow, lead, and become better versions of themselves.
Rob shares his life with his incredible wife, Madalyn Trigg, and together they are raising three amazing daughters. When he isn’t leading in business or uplifting his veteran brothers and sisters, Rob enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and connecting with people who share his mission to lead with purpose.
