Maggie Toler is a seasoned financial and real estate professional with over two decades of experience spanning real estate construction, property management, development, and private lending. After earning her master’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin, Maggie obtained her CPA license in 2012 and has since combined her financial expertise with deep industry knowledge to lead and scale multiple ventures in the real estate and construction sectors.
Since 2005, Maggie has been at the forefront of both residential and commercial real estate projects, including her leadership in a large-scale disaster recovery construction company. Today, she is the co-owner of King James Lending, a hard money lending company that provides funding for investment properties across Texas. In addition to overseeing a high-performing team, Maggie brings extensive experience in business turnarounds, startup growth, and organizational leadership. Together with her husband, James Toler, she has launched and operated several successful businesses built on integrity, strategic vision, and a shared commitment to excellence.
